2008 Manchester Hall is a semi-dry white wine fermented cool to help retain the fresh fruity aromas and flavors. The fermentation is stopped with just a little residual sugar, so that you get some sweetness up front, then it finished dry. Peach and green melon flavors with a mineral character on the finish.
