The Nineteenth Century farm family was highly involved in all aspects of productive living. Resourceful and self-sufficient, they were different in many ways from the family of today. Resources were utilized to the fullest with the technology available at the time. The implements used by these farm families are valued now as a reminder of America's heritage. You can find these exhibited and incorporated into demonstrations at the Carroll County Farm Museum.
