- Cellar Rat Holiday! -
Springtime is almost upon us. Finally there is a break in the work. We have been working in the Cellar all winter long, coaxing and tending to the new and ageing wines. In another week or two, there will be wines ready to be bottled.

But right now, there is time for a 'CELLAR RAT HOLIDAY'!

A 'cellar rat' is a common winery worker seldom seen by the outside world, (and during harvest, seldom sees the outside world!) but who is responsible for getting all of the work done in a winery.

There is no better way to relax and enjoy life than with food, wine, and friends. We'll do that by first laying out some of the best cheeses from around the world. Then great crusty breads of many lands will be found and spread on the table. Super wines from the Cellar will have their corks pulled, glasses will be filled, and all will be ready to begin. But to celebrate, we need our friends. Ahh! that's it! That's the key.

Come, join us in the Cellar. Relax, enjoy life, meet with old friends and make new ones.
